Welcome to Fusion of Flavours Indian Restaurant, where every dish is inspired by years of international culinary experience and a passion for authentic food.

Our Founder and Head Chef began his culinary journey in Mumbai, working with renowned hospitality brands including the Taj Group and Marriott. He later expanded his experience in Dubai with Sheraton and Address Hotels, followed by Marriott Singapore, gaining valuable expertise in international hospitality and diverse cuisines.

After moving to New Zealand, he worked as a Chef at Eden Café and later as a Chef de Partie at AIRSPRESSO – Fuel To Fly, Dunedin Airport, further developing his expertise in both café and Indian cuisine.

Today, all of this experience comes together at Fusion of Flavours. We proudly serve authentic Indian cuisine, café-style favourites, and cater for private parties and special events. Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, care, and attention to detail.
